Before you run the bath
Will it fit my bathtub?
It’s made for most standard US bathtubs, including the common 60-inch alcove tub. The mat needs a flat area on the tub floor — compare it with the mat size in Specifications. Not sure? Email us a photo of your tub at supportvelunespa@gmail.com and we’ll give you an honest answer before you order.
Is it noisy?
It’s an air pump, so it isn’t silent: you’ll hear a steady hum from the air unit, which sits on the floor outside the tub. Lower intensities are noticeably quieter, and most of what you hear in the water is the soft sound of the bubbles.
Does it stay in place on textured, non-slip tubs?
The mat grips best on smooth tub surfaces. On strongly textured non-slip floors it may not hold as firmly and can shift a little when you get in — it still works, as the water and your weight keep it down. Please never stand on the mat.
How do I clean it?
After your bath, drain the tub and let the air unit run for a minute to push any remaining water out of the mat. Then hang the mat to dry. Wipe it now and then with mild soap and water. Avoid bath oils and grainy salts, which can clog the air holes.
Is it safe?
Only air reaches the water. The air unit and plug stay outside the tub on a dry floor; plug them into a GFCI-protected bathroom outlet and follow the user guide. Don’t leave children unattended. If you’re pregnant or have a health condition, check with your doctor before taking warm baths.
Will my order arrive in two packages?
It can. The Spa Ritual and Gift Duo sets ship from two US warehouses: the mat set in one package, the Chromotherapy Lights and aromatherapy in another. They may arrive a day or two apart — you’ll get tracking for each.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the US is free and takes about 5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping details
Can I return it?
Yes. You can return it within 15 days of delivery. Please email us first at supportvelunespa@gmail.com so we can send you the return instructions.
